How it works

Here's the Deal

Vendors must be pre-approved.  You must be a re-purposing,  refurbishing or refreshing product line.  We want handmade, homemade,  unique, re-furbished, re-fabbed,up-cycled, vintage sticking with the  homestead rustic but beautiful theme.

This will be our second  annual, there are a lot of returning vendors and some new vendors, so  please submit the form on this page so we can see your artistic talent.

All vendors will be placed according to our knowledge of the vendors  at hand.  We don’t want to group you up with a lot of similar vendor  types.  So we will space it out how we see best fit for the event.

We  are looking for vintage, handmade, homemade, re-fabbed, re-furbed,  up-cycled, and unique items.  Clothing and jewelry are very much  welcome, but we are going to be selective because it needs to fit our  theme…so provide pictures!!

School house vendors and the homestead house vendor and the barn  vendors all have the privilege of setting up and having their items inside.  These booths are listed on the availability list  and are a first come, first paid basis.  So don’t hesitate, get your  info in quick.

For our outside vendors we want some class!!    I’m speaking to creative folk so I  don’t think this will be a problem.  Bring your pizzazz!!!
